Conclusion

GMC has a bright future in the case industry. All of the extra features and little things they included really does make it stand out. While we did not receive a manual with the X21-Trinity, there was a 38 page full color manual included with the Noblesse SE. The only problem, it is definately not in english. One major problem GMC faces, is that there really are no resellers in the U.S., making it very hard to actually get your hands on one of these cases.

The company also has some other problems that must be dealt with, Especially with the HDD selector. While using a generic 300 watt PSU the computer would often just die a few seconds after it had started booting. You would then have to unplug the power supply completely for a few minutes and try again, continuing this process until it booted correctly. Actually, in the first 24 hours the system was running on the HDD selector, we would lose power about every 15 minutes. After those 24 hours the problem strangely disappeared. After a month or so of using the 300 watt power supply we upgraded to a 500 watt unit for this system. Now the system does not power down while booting, unless you unplug the power supply (in which case it will not boot the first time you try). We also did not have the initial problem that the 300 watt unit gave me.

The rest of the problems are quite minor. A few of the screws wouldn't fit because of the extra layer of coloring on them, causing me to just use whatever screws we had before. We also would have liked to see an option to receive the temperature reading in Farenheight format. Some minor work could be done to the door hinges to eliminate the rubbing problem.

On the other end of the spectrum GMC has many things going for it in this case. The styling is great, without losing the quality and feel of a solid interior and exterior panels. The HDD selector and sound selector are fantastic features for some of us, and thankfully others can purchase the non-gold version to avoid the hassles (and price) that come along with them. We love the thermometer, even though it only displays Celsius temperature readings. Also appreciated was the included clamshell with screws for the entire system and anti-vibration pads. That, is going the extra mile for the customers.

 Pros:
·Looks great, especially the thermometer
·The HDD and sound selector are great ideas
·High quality
·The anti-vibration pads and different color screws included were a great touch

Cons:
·Some flaws with HDD selector and weak power supplies
·Can I get a manual that doesn't use Korean symbols, prefarebly English?

· The door panel needs a slight adjustment.

Overall we really liked this case. GMC has done a very nice job of adding features and providng that "extra touch." We had to think hard to find most of the negative aspects of the case. With some minor fixes to the door panel, a manual in English, and at least a warning for the HDD selector power requirements, this could easily be an A grade product.

Final Score: B+
